Wednesday – day four

Wednesday was another perfect day for the dolphins lovers. We had a chance to spend a lot of time  both with the bottlenose dolphins and the spotted dolphins.

The bottlenoses are my favourite. They are bigger than the spotted ones and seem a little bit cutter than the spotted ones. Both species have incredible eyes, they are very graceful and they can do in the water whatever they want.

On Wednesday we were swimming near Geoffrey so we had a really nice experience.  The highlight and my birthday gift was a young dolphin which was playing with a seeweed  right next to us.

When it comes to the second encounter, everything started with the rope thing. There were four ropes which were dragged by the boat. One has to grab a rope tightly, the rest is done by the boat.

The ropes☺️

Sometimes the boat moves really quickly and it is hard to breathe.

This boat dragging can last for many hours so people ask to be taken out of the water.

The sea is warm but when you spend in it a couple of hours you simply feel cold.

On the fourth day, only Rachel, Marcin and Jamie managed to stay in the water till the end.

The moment they were going to board the boat many dolphins appeared and Geoffrey let them leave the rope and swim freely.

A lot of people decided to jump to the water and swim with the dolphins too. I did not have a swimsuit but I decided to try. That was a wrong decision. I did not see much, I drank a lot of sea water and somehow damaged my underwear. (It became rusty and it was not possible to remove this orange color from it.)
